Yes, having a mane is a commitment for life. There’s keeping it free from sprigs of hay, flecks of woodchip, making sure it doesn’t get tangled up with the morning veggies, there’s washing, conditioning, styling and flicking it around like a pro during photoshoots. It’s a lot of hard work, being manically equipped, and it takes a lot of dedication.
On the flip side, my look is of course unique. It’s no wonder I have been Russell Brand‘s muse for so long – a long mane coupled with a well-tended beard is a failsafe way to a one-of-a-kind style. It’s also lovely and warm and as Haas and Katy know, the beard-and-mane combo increases the Cuddle Factor significantly.
One of my favourite uses however has to be storage. There’s nothing lovelier than producing a few more tasty nuggets during a grooming session!
