I don’t understand

IDontUnderstand

You humans are complicated. Why do you do the things you do to each other?

Sometimes I am speechless.

When you pull out guns to fire at each other, because the world doesn’t make sense to you.

When you kill each other because you’re all different and it’s hard to cope with that.

When you kill others because they are too much like you, and it’s too hard to cope with that.

When your political system teaches you to think in the colours of a flag, when your culture teaches you to think in the colours of your skin, when your society teaches you to think in terms of gender or orientation as a way to make yourself feel more worthy than those who are different, you have a lot to think about.

I despair of you humans, but my heart is full of love for you all while you carry your pain and your conflict with you, day in and day out.

I’ll be here, the voiceless creature, guiding you in the ways of gentle understanding.

    Bouffe, mate, you’re spot on. Humans are a mystery. They make things so unnecessarily complicated and that’s the biggest words I’m gonna say on the subject. Going to spread happiness throughout Granny’s garden by being US.
